Every Elite Team has one thing in common – Practice! How often does your team have the opportunity to practice their skills? We provide a experiential framework that allows teams to work on skills, such as effective communication, leadership, trust, customer service, goal setting and much more. The team is then put through a consensus building process to identify their Big Rocks or Team Vision.
