Assessment of your team/people’s needs

Design of a customized program that allows you to truly invest in your people

Stage Two
Facilitation of team experience

Delivery of customized learning program

Stage Three
Follow-up with team 30 – 60 days after program

Reinforcement of ideas discussed during program and commitments made by individuals

Stage Four
Assessment of team with you to discuss strategies and on-going training needed. The assessment stage is a great opportunity for leaders to be coached by Eagle Creek on how to make the training last.
