Tom has more than 27 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, strategic visioning for corporations, campaign management and major gift solicitation.

A 1971 graduate and former development director for the University of Notre Dame, Tom is an entrepreneurial veteran who has founded, developed and partnered 17 small businesses in the last 30 years. He has taught in the MSA program and lectured in the Business School at Notre Dame and is currently an adjunct professor of leadership at Franklin University. This year, Tom became the first Entrepreneur in Residence at the Gigot Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, in the Mendoza Collage of Business at Notre Dame.

Tom has researched and written extensively on Sales, Organizational Development, leadership and life. He has conducted more than 6,000 one-on-one sales calls.

Tom won a trip around the world from Success Magazine, and was asked to share his experiences with Third World micro entrepreneurs in Russia, Poland, India, The Philippines and Australia.

A former U.S. Army Infantry Officer, parachutist, and two-time welterweight boxing champion, Tom is active in a variety of sports. He just celebrated his 31st year as boxing coach at Notre Dame, where he returns every spring to help train and referee the boxers.
