Since 1993, Kerry has worked to help build stronger teams with hundreds of companies and organizations, both in Central Ohio and around the country. Some of her clients include Bank One, Qwest, The American Cancer Society, The Dispatch Broadcast Group, Ross Products, Nationwide Insurance, BMW Financial Services, Resource Marketing, Merck Pharmaceuticals, and Chemical Abstracts Service. Since 1997, Kerry has served as a Team Consultant and Lead Facilitator. Her projects have included designing customized programs for clients, including Vision Qwest for Qwest Communications and Seven Summits. In addition, she has been deeply involved in the development of both the Elite Teams and Big Rocks programs. |

Since 2000, Kerry has designed and facilitated over 70 customized Team Development programs for companies including Bank One, Deloitte and Touche, Donatos Pizza, The One Group, National Cinema Network and Merck. These multi-day programs included intense discovery as well as follow-up sessions. Kerry completed her degree in Speech Communications and Leadership Studies at the University of San Diego. She is a graduate of the North Carolina Outward Bound School where she spent 18 days in the wilderness backpacking, whitewater canoeing and rockclimbing. She recently climbed Mt.
